CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FITNESS BOOTCAMP
Suitable for all fitness levels- from beginners to experts!! This station based workout is designed so that it can be modified according to your individual needs, while still training with a group. The interval designed workout takes various formats, changing the workout from session to session, which means NO BOREDOM, NO BURN-OUT & the FASTEST RESULTS POSSIBLE for YOU! This total body workout sizzles calories and scorches fat by incorporating both strength training and cardio into a FUN workout! You will learn how to use light weight dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, plyometrics, body weight exercises, basic kettlebells, and more to get you in the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE!

CARDIO CAMP
This class is sure to make you sweat and to get those endorphins going making you FEEL GREAT by REDUCING STRESS and INCREASING ENERGY. With this fast passed trainer lead cardio workout, you will crank up your calorie and fat burning potential. Perfect for the client who needs help getting their cardio in during the week and for clients who want to add onto the traditional or mat bootcamp classes to take their workouts to the next level!

XTREME BOOTCAMP
An upbeat intense cardio based total body workout FULL of positive energy! The trainer will lead the class through a fast paced workout that includes body weight exercises, plyometrics, and other creative cardio type drills designed to AMP UP YOUR CALORIE & FAT BURNING, while working up an intense sweat! Perfect for clients who want to MELT AWAY unwanted pounds and inches. Beginners are welcome in this class- the trainer is able to substitute any high impact moves with low impact alternatives. Average calorie burn is 1000 in the hour!

MAT BOOTCAMP
(Mini Mat is an express version of this) A total body back to basics strength training workout that is suitable for ALL! Clients will tone up, increase strength, and get in shape all while staying on their own mat. The trainer will lead clients through a series of alternating lower and upper body exercises, using light weight dumbbells, so that you are able to keep your heart rate in that fat burning zone while working to get stronger! Please bring your OWN MAT…

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING BOOTCAMP
An interval based full body workout that alternates blocks of strength training exercises and cardio conditioning. Mixes traditional resistance strength training exercises with cardio drills, and power moves! A hybrid of the Xtreme and Mat bootcamp classes. Get your strength training done while also burning some serious fat and calories working up a sweat with the conditioning drills- all in one fun 45 minute workout! All levels welcome.

HARDCORE
Get AMAZING abs with this 15 minute bootcamp devoted solely to tightening that tummy & targeting ALL the abdominal and lower back muscles! Whittle your middle!
